Question about downloading drivers for motherboard.

When I go to the Asus website to download drivers, Do I have to delete the older version as they suggest? If so, how do I do that exactly?

Newer versions replace the older ones. I never had any issues with this.

Ok that’s what I figured. The asus website suggests deleting the old version and it had me wondering not only how, but why? Lol
