With your budget, this is probably gonna be the best gaming system you can go with.  If you don’t like the case, you can pick another.  It was simply the best deal for case that included fans.

If you think six cores might be an issue, you could probably fit the ryzem 5 5500 and the asrock b550 pro4 in this budget as well.  It’s slower than the 12100f in single core tasks, but it should be fast enough. That particular motherboard doesn’t have onboard wifi, buut it has an m.2 wifi port so you can install an ax200 for bt and wifi.

PCPartPicker Part List

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5500 3.6 GHz 6-Core Processor  ($149.00 @ Centre Com)

For that budget, better look for something on the 2nd hand market. Something like 6700XT or 3070 + 5600X/5700X or 12600k. It's not worth wasting all that money in a system that will seriously struggle with 1080p in less than a year. Storage is expensive AF right now, B450 motherboards are already disappearing from the market and only expensive options are left. Going AM5 is completely impossible for that budget.

| Ryzen 7 5800X3D | Arctic Liquid Freezer II 360 Rev 7| AsRock X570 Steel Legend |

| 4x16GB G.Skill Trident Z Neo 4000MHz CL16 | Sapphire Nitro+ RX 6900 XT | Seasonic Focus GX-1000|

| 512GB A-Data XPG Spectrix S40G RGB | 2TB A-Data SX8200 Pro| Phanteks Eclipse G500A |

For the fame OP mentioned I’d agree that increasing budget for a 6700xt, which a 5500 is fine with, but I’ve noticed that a lot of people aren’t all playing the newest, most intense games.  I may not be the norm, but I use a 1070ti for 4k because it’s more than enough for the games I play.

Yeah, definitely.  That PSU is not great, but with a low power GPU it shouldn't be a big deal.  That case does not come with any fans on the intake, but your system will not get very hot anyway.  You probably don't need an ATX mid-tower (an mATX micro tower would be fine), but if you have the space it's totally fine.  If you think it's getting too hot, you can add a fan to the bottom of the front of the case to get some cold air under the GPU a little faster.  Otherwise this is great.

Anything with a rifle bearing or fluid dynamic bearing.  Or just whatever is cheapest.  Case fans don’t go very fast so it won’t matter.l as most of the actual crappy fans of days gone by have left the market.  The fans on your GPU will always be the loudest thing anyway (when you’re gaming).

I have decided to save more on the pc. And have decided on a 3060 12gb of course
https://au.pcpartpicker.com/list/cHkhGP
would the cooling be sufficent or any addinol cooling required $1100 budget

Nah that’ll work.  Look on eBay for a 3060, $430 is anlot of money for that GPU, and GOUs are one of the few parts that are worth buying used.

Unless you want wifi 6 you don't need a wifi adapter for that board. Either way you would still have bluetooth with or without the adapter.
