@SlmoHayha i changed over to my 3200g, and have display when connected to my motherboard. Fans are not spinning on my gpu (rx580) but the blue power light is on. Still no display from gpu when booted into windows

Not freshly built, is about 3 years old. It was working fine yesterday. I believe it is not posting, as i get no signal from other monitors, and i know for a fact these monitors are working (tried them with a different pc) i have cleared the bios many times, reseated everything, tried entering safe mode, (power on/off 3 times), tried a different monitor from the 3 i knew were working (tried a 4th). I am lost. I get no motherboard splash screen, i can't enter bios. No signal to monitors whatsoever. No online troubleshooting, including the one pinned in this section, worked.

So what exactly happens when you boot up?

Just start up, then shut down?

Go into more detail, what did you change, what did you do.

What you done is >: Clear CMOS, Reseat something IDK what everything?

Suggestions > : Do you get power from the PSU ? You can check online for pin layout but check if the PSU is giving power perhaps it died.  Does it boot at all period? Do you see fans running or a LED on the motherboard or a speaker being activated?

Did you try another graphics card or the IGPU if possible to see if you're getting anything that way?

Perhaps worst case scenario the motherboard or PSU is dead, or even the CPU.

NEVER GIVE UP. NEVER STOP LEARNING. DONT LET THE PAST HURT YOU. YOU CAN DOOOOO IT

And to continue what @SImoHayha is suggesting, have you checked if the motherboard has post code lights/number display.  If so, does it match anything in the motherboard documentation?

No number display or post code lights on it for some reason, doesnt have a speaker either
