Well guys, I have a problem with my PC, when playing some games it freezes, what could it be?

my config is i7 9700KF / RTX 3070 Ti and 2x8 3000mhz when I had an i5 + 1660Ti this also happened I'll leave the link of a little gameplay when this happens just fast forward the video to 3:00 the crash happens at 3:10 until the fps drops to 76.

Some people even told me to change my font, which is the problem, others my memory
