No display

Got off my pc like normal when I got up in the morning to turn it on it just started turning off and on I had this issue before and reseated the ram and it worked this was around 3 years ago though so I tried again and now my pc is just staying on with no display I’ve searched if ram could go bad everything I read says it’s unlikely to happen
