I just want to give a shout out to Mitchell from the LTT store customer service team. He nailed it with my support ticket. 

 

I ordered one of the new floatplane pins from the LTT store and it came in and sadly as i was pinning it on for the first time the end snapped off. Posted a customer support ticket and Mitchell got me situated with a replacement with absolutely no BS or headaches. I know it was not a major issue but it was handled just sooooo nicely

 

Thanks again Mitchell you rock!

Technology is like a good friend that does its best to piss you off at every turn. yet we love them anyway.

Yeah their Support Team is Awesome and easy to work with. Once received an Order which wasn't complete and a bit of E-Mailing back and forth and my missing stuff was already being shipped to me without making it unnecessarily complicated. I might not watch their Videos anymore but I'll keep buying from LTT Store for sure. Actually good Products without any cringe BS.
