I don't know which monitor panel is best for me, who helps me out?

Here's my situation:
I live in the Netherlands
I usually game in a dark(ish) room
I currently use an old, flat, plasma TV. I want to upgrade
I currently game on a xbox one s, but will use a PC too

If I get a PC, it'll have Freesync and not Gsync.

I thought about this, but again, I don't know what's best for me.

I do have some preferences:
QHD

30-32 inch

Curved

price up to 500 euro, but i am willing to pay a little more if it gives me better options.

Who helps me out?

IPS, because VA has a steep curve to get used to. I still would rate VA panels even worse than TN panels due to their characteristics.

VA gives deeper blacks and normally has better contrast ratios than IPS as well as offering a LOT more Curved panels (even though there are still some IPS curved panels) but IPS isn't as prone to smearing (it's literally what it sounds like) where the image smears on your screen when it moves, it's not as prominent on IPS as it is on VA. You might want a low brightness in your room but not too low

For IPS look at these (the samsung you linked isn't a horrible option either)

Asus ROG Strix XG27AQV 27.0" 2560 x 1440 170 Hz Curved Monitor (XG27AQV) - PCPartPicker

Gigabyte M32Q 31.5" 2560 x 1440 170 Hz Monitor (M32Q) - PCPartPicker

LG 32GP850-B 32.0" 2560 x 1440 165 Hz Monitor (32GP850-B) - PCPartPicker

Gigabyte ‎M34WQ 34.0" 3440 x 1440 144 Hz Monitor (M34WQ-SA) - PCPartPicker

For VA look at these (but if your eyes are sensitive to smearing in your low light room I'd get an IPS)

Dell S3422DWG 34.0" 3440 x 1440 144 Hz Curved Monitor (210-AZEP) - PCPartPicker

MSI Optix AG321CQR 31.5" 2560 x 1440 165 Hz Curved Monitor (Optix AG321CQR) - PCPartPicker

Dell S3222DGM 31.5" 2560 x 1440 165 Hz Curved Monitor (S3222DGM) - PCPartPicker

If I'd buy a 32" monitor now I'd get a 4K IPS 144Hz

When you want high FPS/low details for FPS use it in 1080p, it's proportional (which is not the case with 1440p and it'll look blurrier)

It's a tad more expensive  tho, 700EUR..

And maybe not Samsung with their bad QC record

dark(ish) room

VA suppose is better as it give deeper black but VA had dark smearing issue and value VA definitely had this issue.

i would suggest you go for IPS, but you might need to brighten up your room as IPS has glow issue and obvious at dark environment.

Dark environment actually the best is OLED but then it is double up your cost.

I read that only pricy VA panels are worth buying but I also read about these type of issues, my first choice would probably be IPS, yes.
Next question is: which?

Do you have suggestion for OLED monitors for about 500-600 euros? I suppose OLED is costlier than IPS or VA panels

OLED is not that cheap.

Best option now 900€ - https://www.notebookcheck.net/Dell-Alienware-AW2725DF-presented-as-new-27-inch-QD-OLED-gaming-monitor-for-899-99-before-imminent-launch.789431.0.html

But @900€ it's a real monster - "perfect monitor" at this time.

Pax vobiscum

I found it at bol.com (national webshop) for 400 euros, but I found this beast for 900 euros too. Seems really nice!
