That's over 2 years ago, and you shouldn't be getting stock older than that.
 
To update the BIOS, search it up on Youtube.  There should be a tutorial.  Isn't hard at all.

I might be blind but i hope im not, i couldnt find it there but here you go a part number, SPR-0700NHSAW, model SPR-700AH2NK-2

It might be the tier F one.

Would strongly suggest to look for another PSU.

Just did a quick youtube tutorial on how to do it and it does seem very easy but people seem to use a flash drive which i have and they seem to plug it in after they go into bios so i think this is easy enough, thank you
