What GPU could i buy with a budget of around 90 euros except rx 580 since his drivers will no longer be updated

Honestly, RX580 would be among better choices for that price range if available.

I'd suggest saving up to at least 150-200E, you'll have more GPUs to choose from

If you can find used GTX 1070 Ti that would be better than RX 580 by quite a margin.

Looks great, though the NV2 may not be the best deal right now.

What other 1tb SSD could you recommend? Because yes it is extremely expensive also if i could lower the SSD price i can choose between Zotac, Evga and Asus so which one would you recommend?

The NV2 is the cheapest I see on pcpartpicker for Gen 4.  If you want to use Gen 3 (which is 100% fine), you can save 5 euros...

Make sure the BIOS is updated to handle the 5600...

Are you building or buying it?  If it's already built, then the BIOS will already  be where you need it, if it's running the 5600 already.
