No post after Case Swap [DRAM red light on MOBO]

Hello community,

I've upgraded my CPU, RAM, MOBO and CPU Cooler. Therefore, I gave my old gear to my younger sister.

Here are the components I gave her:

- Intel 8700K (CPU)

- G.Skill Trident Z RGB 3000MHZ 8GB x2 (RAM)

- MSI z370 Gaming Pro Carbon (MOBO)

- Cpoler Matser MasterAIr MA610P (CPU Cooler)

Here are the rest of her specs:

Previously, as I had upgraded to an RTX3080, I gave her my old GPU: an AMD RX 5700XT. She has an LC6550GP2 550w PSU, a 120gb SSD, a 500gb M.2 nvme SSD that has not been initalized yet, and a 1TB HDD. Windows is currently installed on the 120gb SSD.

Here's the issue: No post. It boots, everything lights up (cooler, mobo, gpu, RAM rgb, case fans), all the fans are spinning (except for the GPU fans that has a silence mode built-in). When plugged to the monitor, the light indicator switches from orange to white showing that the monitor detects a connection - then it promptly goes to orange again and the monitor goes back to sleep. The monitor works with my PC. The motherboard signals a red light on the DRAM indicator.

Further context and details:

- Thermal paste is applied.

- The system used to house a 4th gen i5 CPU and a GTX960. The case is pretty small and the new components are a very tight fit. (Picture: GPU removed for more visibility). The motherboard is fixed on the case with stand off hex screws.

- The components worked with no issues on my PC.

- The RAM sticks seems intact (see pics) and the rgb lights up when booting the system

- The PSU has a 550w capacity but comes from a Noname brand and hasn't even got a Bronze certification

- Her system worked fine with the Intel 4th gen and the AMD GPU rx5700XT

I intend to remove all the components and build a cardboard bench outside the PC case.

I would love to hear your thoughts about the possible issues and how to address them. I have my own computer at hand, so I can use my own components to see what is happening. Thanks for the help, cheers!
