Should I, after 5 years, just completely wipe my PC data (saving what I realy need) and start from scratch because I saw that my PC storage is getting full and I don't have enough useful data?

Will that make my PC run better, and is there another option?

I would get a bigger SSD and then install windows on that. After you can save what you need

You don't need to, you can simply install a new disk and put over all your stuff to that one or install windows on the new disk and move the data over after

So I am running into a similar problem with my system.  I built it maybe 8 years ago.  I am really disappointed it does not have an M.2 slot on the board as I really wanted to take advantage of the throughput speeds of M2.  My boot drive is a 300 gb samsung SSD 6x and my Data drive is a 2TB SATA 6x. (which has begun to fail)

Without going for an entire new build which I can't afford right now it was easier for me to simply buy a new 2 TB SSD and a new replacement data drive 2TB SATA this only cost me about 120 bux for both.  Booted to Hirens boot CD today and cloned my Data drive and I am waiting for my boot SSD to get here and I will clone that ...  this way I gain quite a bit of space on my boot drive and I still had about 1 TB free on my data drive.  You could easily do the same thing for the same price since your 2 data drives appear to be one .. 1 TB drive split in half.  You could always get a 3 or 4 TB data drive depending on how much you want to spend.. and if you feel you will be upgrading your pc soon or not.
