Solid choices all around.  About the only thing I'd consider is upgrading the CPU Cooler to a dual tower like the Peerless Assassin, but if you don't, that will probably work fine (just a bit warmer.)

Considering its a 65w CPU that comes with a stock cooler that works well, even a small upgrade like the Thermalright Assassin King SE will be plenty   Only the non X varients come with stock coolers*
