Extreme performance mode msi center

does anyone know if this the extreme performance mode in the msi center which overclocks the gpu is stable? according to the suprim 4090 page you can enable it and i have it enabled but im experiencing issues and i dont know they relate to this or not so i thought id ask, though it should be stable, they have it advertised on their page. here is the forum explaining my issues
