Pixel 7 water damage

About three months ago I dropped my pixel 7 which has a an IP68 water resistant rating in the toilet bowl and it was submerged for a total of five seconds

Before I took out and dried it up. Since it's fallen the top 2 cm of the screen just refuses to register my inputs. My screen display is fine just the capacitive touch part is messed up. Theoretically my phone should work fine and Google support is just a pain to navigate through does anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this.
