Im not sure if someone has posted something like this already, and even tough it doesnt bother me a lot im still kinda curious:

basically I usually leave my PC in hibernation mode when I go to sleep, but for little over a week now everytime I wake up or come back from school my PC is back on,I dont know why and I can tell for sure its no one else in my house.I haven't tried shutting it down completely, but to be honest I doubt it will turn back on from cold by itself,Im curious about why tho it turns on from hibernation,it had never done this before and I did not mess with any settings in neither Windows nor the BIOS.

As a side note I have been having some minor driver issues with my GPU,I dont think it has anything to do but Il leave it here just in case.

You can choose which devices can wake your computer from hibernation/sleep, in a certain option within windows (I forget the name but I will edit the post when I can find it, or someone else will get the name)

On my computer, it woke from sleep after about 10 seconds, my solution was to disable the ethernet's ability to wake and it seemed to fix the problem.

Ah found it:

To see whether a device is waking your pc, go to device manager and right click -> properties of devices like your network driver, mouse or keyboard.

Try disabling the checkbox as seen below:

This is what fixed the issue when I had the same problem.

Tried all the different devices? Hm....

You can try using the command line to tell you what is waking the pc up, entering this in CMD may tell you (with elevated privileges)

powercfg -lastwake

That will show the last device that woke the system. You can see which devices CAN wake the pc using:

powercfg -devucequery wake_armed

I tried this and personally it didn't work for me, but it's worth a shot.
