Does my Freesync screen support Adaptive Sync

Hello LTT members.

Hope you guys can help.

 

Ive got the Samsung LC34G55TWWPXEN 34" curved 1440p 165hz Freesync Premium screen running off my laptop.

 

Ive been wanting to upgrade my pc setup for a while now either with a rtx 4080 or 4090 to max out my games at 1440p running the highest fps possible to match the screen.

 

but... Since its a Freesync Premium screen, and Ive havent been able to run it through DisplayPort with my laptop (since its only HDMI) i dont know if ill be able to use Freesync on a Nvidia GPU.

 

So my question basically is..

 

Can i use Adaptive Sync with my screen, if i get a rtx GPU?

Nvidia 10-series and newer should work with FreeSync
