Intel Stock cooler vs Hyper 212

Is it really needed to spend the extra $20-$30 for normal CPU usage? (Word processing, internet browsing, etc.) 

 

No overclocking, i3 3220.

Yeah...I think I'll stay with stock for now.

if you live in a hot place and overclock or dont have good enough case ventilation the yes get one. imo
