So I have a GTX 780 with Reference Cooler, I have been trying to learn about overclocking abit, so I used Precision X and try to OC bit by bit with the power target set to 106%, and then test it with Crysis 3 to see if it's stable or not, so I could get to +181MHz GPU Clock Offset (run Srysis 3 without problem) with that and I left the Mem clock at +147MHz (I dont know if I should increase this one or not), and then I when I try to up it once more to +190Mhz GPU Clock Crysis 3 crash after a while. So it look something like this (Also at best with the stress test running for a while my temp got to 81 Degree, I dont have a picture of it though)

So my question is, do I have to change the Mem clock offset? What does it do? and should I touch the voltage option to crank up the voltage more? Because when I goes over the database here I saw ppl all have around 1200mV or more...

just going to say that games vary to how they like overclocks or not. BF4 I have to underclock from my typical spec and for most games my normal OC is fine. I'm just going to say if it's unstable in Crysis 3, that doesn't mean it's an unstable clock necessarily.

I see, I just use Crysis 3 cause it's the most demanding game I have right now, and actually my performance on every games I have satisfied my even at mild OC (usually I have it OC at +140MHz) or default clock speed, but I just trying to learn about OC so that's why I'm doing this :P

typically I reduce my memory boost first before messing with the clocks. Hope this helps.
