Hi. My google chrome is loaded with a bunch of crappy toolbars and home pages. I want to get rid of these, I have the adblock and I have deleted all the extensions in my C drive. Also the google chrome settings don't say anything...

Could you get a picture of it? I am pretty sure you can get rid of the start-up pages by going to settings > start-up and selecting "open new tab"

If it isn't working absolutely perfectly, according to all your assumptions, it is broken.
