I believe it's an Enermax Cyberbron

Yeah, what I thought. A trashy group regulated unit that lacks essential protections like OCP and OTP. You have to replace it. https://cultists.network/140/psu-tier-list/ is a good place to start. Tier A or B.

I recently acquired a Ryzen 9 5950X and added it to my PC.  My PC has a RX 6700 XT GPU and a 600W Power Supply.  The system seems to work, but I am slightly concerned about what the maximum potential draw through my 600W supply could be.  Is it worth upgrading my power supply?  If so, what would be a good budget option?

It'll probably be fine, but worst case if you're worried, TDP limit the 5950x to like 105W. Even under heavy multithreading, you'll barely lose any performance and be well within the margin for an RX 6700 XT. Minimum recommended is 550W since your system will maybe draw 300W under load.

your fine, just maybe dont use everything at 100% at once(i mean even connecting every hole possible to your motherboard and doing productivity + gaming at the same time).

You have more than enough wattage, as long as its a good quality unit you should be fine.

What power supply is it?

The 600w scares me. There are only a few decent 600w PSUs. It would be very lucky for you if you have one of these few. What's the brand and model of the PSU?
