possibly broken microsoft account

backstory, ssd died in my laptop a couple months back, reinstalled windows and all was fine until today

 

for what ever reason whenever you set up windows with an already set up account, it always names the use file as the first few letters of the email address, which I decided to fix today, set up a temp admin account, signed into is and changed the file names, however now I can't sign into the original account, just keep getting temp profiles, have rebooted a few times, tried the disable anti virus even though all that was there is the built in windows ones anyway, have tried changing it back but no luck there either

 

any thoughts?

never mind, as is the case with these things, as soon as you ask for help you figure it out :P, although I can't figure out how to delete this post now...

If you're going to mark your own post as the solution, at least tell everyone what you changed (in case someone else with the same problem finds this thread).

Legit restarted for the 7th time and it worked, I got nothing
