It seems that maybe I had something wrong with my ram, I am using the one stick, and I’ve been playing Fortnite so far for around 5 minutes when normally it crashes within that 5 minutes, but I’ll keep playing to see if I still have issues

  1. Okay, try each stick individually one at at a time. Verify you don't have XMP/DOCP enabled on your motherboard
  2. Did you buy 2x 2x8GB kits? If you did, match the serial numbers so that the sticks are in their original pairs.
  3. Then try with two sticks in slots B2 and A2 and see if it's still stable.
  4. If it is, try all 4 RAM sticks. If it crashes, we probably just need to slightly adjust some voltages.

Just recently within the last 3 or so weeks have had an issue where my computer whenever I try to play games it will just freeze randomly and I'll have to power off the computer. I did a clean install of windows onto my computer and downloaded fortnite to see if it would still freeze my computer and I am still having the same issue of my computer freezing. I've downloaded the drivers/firmware for all of my components, but I am still dealing with my computer crashing/freezing. I've tried some different fixes but have had no luck, please help. Computer specs: ASUS ROG B-550 F GAMING motherboard, AMD RYZEN 5 5600 X CPU, MSI GAMING X TRIO 3070, 4 sticks of 8 Gb G.Skill Ripjaws DDR 4-3200 CL16 RAM, Samsung 970 EVO Plus, Samsung 990 PRO, Thermaltake 80 Bronze 750 W BM2 SMART SERIES PSU.

When it freezes/crashes, what symptoms does it exhibit? For example, it can crash the application (but not the computer), in which case, Task Manager can still be opened and used to force quit the application. It can soft-lock the computer, in which case the only option is to shut down the computer by using the power button. In its worst, it can hard-lock the computer, requiring you to pull power (the reset button and power button do nothing).

Do I put the whole zip file in or just the KernelDumpList? I'm a little lost as to what I need to do with the zip, and don't know if I've done it right. I've waited for the Resource and Performance Monitor for around 15 min but it has yet to complete so I cannot include it in the zip either. The KernelDumpList reads as follows:
Directory listing for Minidump:

No Minidump files were found.

Directory listing for Windows:

No kernel memory dump files were found.

Also I'll include a screenshot of what I zipped, just in case I did it wrong.

Welp, that's lame. Those are still helpful at least.

Okay, so:
        ✅  Latest UEFI (3404)
        ✅  Current drivers

Remove all your RAM and put one stick in DIMM B2 (page 17).

What should I do once I have put one stick into DIMM B2?

Just boot and see if you have the same issues with crashing.

Hey! Maybe you'll have a memory dump this time?

When I go to event viewer it says error Dump file creation failed due to error during dump creation. I had shut off my PC after a minute since it was showing as 0% and I figured it froze. Next time I’ll wait longer to see.

I switched out the one RAM for another and it’s been even longer probably 10 min and no crash. I had bought the original sticks sometime 2020 and bought another 2 sometime after jun 2022 and I believe that one of the 2020 sticks is corrupted. I haven’t set in the new ones yet. What do you suggest I do now?
