How do you know it's the cpu? There's alot of variables at work here and assuming it's automatically the cpu is definately jumping to conclusions.

well fair i might be jumping to conclusuions regarding the cpu, but i have tried everything i can, cant be the gpu, nor the ram, i dont think running the game froma  secondary nvme would cause the game to be less smooth, the only thing i havent done is do a complete deletion and installation of the os and my programs, so im just kinda lost atm, i have already updated my bios to the latest version there is on the website, ram is running on xmp 3600mhz, im running a aio cooler so not temp issue either
