no display but sometimes it happens

basically I've tried to swap ram with my cousins pc and my ram works, gpu works, cpu seems to work since I've booted into bios and windows but sometimes it just doesn't boot/no display and after like 20 restarts it boots into bios and then into windows but it's just a cycle idk what's wrong really (cables are all ok as far as i know and idk the pc is barely 2 yrs old)

 

components:

CPU: Intel i5-11400F

CPU COOLER: Cooler Master Hyper 212 RGB Black Edition

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060(12GB 2021)

PSU: Corsair RM650x Gold

MOBO: ASUS PRIME B560-PLUS

RAM: 16GB (8x2) Corsair vegance 3200Mhz

HDD: WD Blue 2TB

SSD: Crucial P2 500GB

 

peripherals:

 

KEYBOARD Logitech G413

MICE: Logitech G PRO

HEADSET: HyperX Cloud 2

is it a ryzen cpu?.. this is called ram training and can take forever...
