Streaming audio setup help

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: YouTube streaming stock market analysis

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): what’s the best equivalent to Final Cut on windows? Premier? Resolve? Idk ps, help( it has to run on the pc) 

 

I’m thinking an i5 13600k, gtx  1650, 16gb ram, storage, idk this is not the part I really need help with unless something is seriously wrong with what I just said

 

my main question is what the requirements for a good streaming setup? High end webcam/ mirror less or something idk for video, a good knowledge of obs, boom mic? That tabletop one from rode? 
 

What about like idk stream deck, go xlr or something? Do I even need a whatever category of things these are?

Not particular products but it does outline what is needed at various production quality levels.

Welp, what about for the pc I suggested, do I stick a 4K Sony camcorder on as a webcam, my phone using whatever app ( pls suggest), or a cheap Logitech webcam on it, which one will be the best best solution for 1080p streaming? More importantly, what’s a serviceable audio setup to get a clear recording of my voice through?

 

also the guide is useless. Professional encoders? Just say buy an nvidia gpu with nvenc. Btw , do I need nvenc or can I use software encode in obs and use the good encoder built into the current get intel cpus? I was thinking i5 13600k
