Hi,

I would like to ask you if this £600 budget gaming pc build will  be good for running games on max settings. This is my first build meaning that I don't know if i could make any improvements within my budget. If you think I can improve anything please tell me.

You don't need a z87 board if you don't have a K cpu so get a b85 board (something like a Gigabyte G1.Sniper B5) and swap the i3 for a i5 4440 or even a 4570

For the psu a 500w will be fine.

pretty poor heres a better one 

1. you were going with a duel core that cant be over clocked in a over clocking motherboard

2. 270x isnt the best but it will do

SSD's have dropped in price I would chuck one in as they are worth it, this is a great build and a lot better.

@dawidzjaja you cant run in max settings 1080p with that budget

Why are you getting a z87 mobo with a non OC cpu (i would get an amd cpu with that budget)

You dont need a 600W PSU something like 500 is plenty

I agree!

 

BUT: With the Z87 board, he will have better upgrade possibilities in the future: i5/i7 unlocked. Although, in case that is not the plan, go with something cheaper!
