My pc is not grounded

My pc is not grounded, I thought about just wiring the pc case to a wall using a pin, is this dangerous at all? 
The problem I'm facing that my headphones pick up static when I use them with aux cable, and it's really annoying.

Any suggestion would be nice. thanks!

It should be grounded via the power supply no?

Our country doesnt enforce grounding for buildings, so our house is unfortunately not earthed. The pc is connected to just two wires, load and line. 
If I touch the case while standing barefoot on the floor I can feel the electricity in my body.

Pointless if the wall outlet isn't properly grounded.

And yes, dangerous if you don't have an idea what you're doing, which in this case based on your question so far, you don't.

So, call an electrician if you want to add grounding to your house's electricity.

 

Proper grounding (In my country) :

There needs to be a GROUND WIRE in the outlet, connected to the Meter then to a GROUNDING ROD buried deep, somewhere in your lawn.

Alright, thanks. I guess I have to ground my box the proper proper way, I thought there might be a simpler walk-around solution to get rid of the static.
