Hey guys,

I've been trying to solve an issue where my computer started to stutter intermittently. This issue came out of nowhere as nothing had changed. Before running any tests, I did replace my 2.5 SSD with my OS to a m.2 because that drive was getting old and had been needing to change that for an m.2. Issue was still happening every so often so reseated the ram just incase and then ran furmark and prime95 to check on temps. All my temps were well within range with the system being stressed but I did notice that my 'Physical Memory Load' on HWiNFO was actually in the red and was reaching 99.9%. How can I go about fixing this issue, as I'm relatively new to PC's and not knowledgeable.

My specs are as listed just incase:

MSI RTX 4070Ti Gaming X Trio

Intel i7 10700k

Asus ROG Strix Z590-E Gaming Wifi

32GB ddr4 3200 ram

Thanks for any help!
