Bluetooth mouse & keyboard keep disconnecting

Keyboard: Logitech MX Keys
Mouse: Logitech MX Master 3

Mobo: Asus X99-Pro


Not sure why but my mouse and keyboard keep disconnecting while I'm working and I have to keep rebooting the entire system multiple times to get them back. Any ideas?

Do you also lose WiFi?

 

Seems like the wlan module is disconnecting while the computer is on.

If so, I would reseat the module and hope that fixes whatever loose contact you have.

Not losing wifi. I do know one of the antenna wires has some sheathing missing, but I've inspected and didn't see any damage, and re-wrapped it.
