Higher refresh rate, lower brightness?

Hello guys, i did some googling and didnt find a direct answer to this.

 

Do super amoled screens get dimmer (like lower peak brightness) when on 120hz instead of 60hz? Mainly talking about phones.

I don't think this is an issue out there.

 

However, I believe there were a few devices (Pixel 4 series) that had trouble displaying 90Hz at low brightness levels.
