bios showing two boot entries

one is "windows 10" and other is boot manager, iirc it should only show boot manager, atleast that's what i have seen in the past. But the caveat is nowhere it show up like that, neither in msconfig or advanced system settings. In both places there's only 1 entry so im really confused.

If your machine is booting fine what is the issue?
