Hello all,

Recently built a new system and an issue has come up. Can't figure out if there is something I forgot to install/update or what. Previous PC was using Windows 10, this new PC is using 11. Doesn't work on Chrome or Bing, but I can use the same link on my phone and it works. So it's something specific to this PC.

It won't load tracking links. I click a UPS tracking link (from my email) and a new tab opens, but it's just a white page.

Any ideas on where I screwed up?

do you have pop ups and such blocked on the browser? Thats one of the immediate thoughts.

Yeah, I have ublock origin. That was the first thing I thought of, turning it off has no effect. Also cleared its cache, still no change.

Cleared cookies/cache on chrome, no change.

Anybody else got an idea?

Also, it has trouble accessing my credit card site.

Says: "Your account cannot currently be accessed.
Outdated browsers can expose your computer to security risks. To get the best experience on Discover.com, you may need to update your browser to the latest version and try again."

Even though it's updated to the latest version.

Have you uninstalled and reinstalled Chrome?

Have you tried other browsers, Firefox or Edge for example?

Don't see how un/re installing it helps, as this is a new PC. Did it anyway for shits and giggles and as I thought, no change.

Yep, tried Firefox and Edge (don't know why I said bing) as well. They behave the same way.

It sounds like it's something with this OS. Don't recall having this issue on previous PC.

Update: Can access my credit card site now. Both on Firefox and Chrome. Still can't use UPS tracking on either.
