I'm willing to have the motherboard, CPU, and case used. The catch is that I already have an XFX Speedster SWFT 309 RX 6700 XT that I paid $140 for, which must be in the budget. (I prefer to have it on the AM4 platform and the size doesn't matter ATX or M-ATX, if possible stay away from ITX.) Some side notes are that I have a 1080p monitor and I don't need RGB.
