intel vs amd on cpu

hey, my current budget is looking at about 200 euro budget for a cpu, i was wondering whether am5 or lga 1700 would be the best way to go, upgrade-path wise
my current options are:
-i7 12700k

-ryzen 7 7600x (cuz its only 10 euro more than the non x)

 

so, any opinions?

I don't really think you're going to be able to get anything for only 20 Euro's.

Been there, done that, seen that, heard that, got the T-shirt.  My neighbors don't just argu, sometime they have a regular knock-down drag-out that goes on for hours.  That's what happens when you cram 4 generations in the same house.

no ok i havent reached that level, my neighbors are just couple arguing, thus, lga 1700 or am5? (i corrected the post)

Since you are starting near the bottom of the CPU ladder, either platform offers tons of room to grow.
