so im getting wifi usb and I heard you need to download the driver but what if I have a new pc build can I just download driver on different computer than plug it to my pc?

Most likely, Windows will automatically discover it and install the driver for you.

 

If not, you can always download the driver on another device and transfer it to your PC using a flash drive.

Thanks yeah I built a pc and it has no Wi-Fi I’m on setup screen so I just need something that will give me Wi-Fi

You can bypass internet requirements on windows install.
