New PC keeps shutting down while gaming

As the title says, I recently build a new pc and these are the parts:

AMD Ryzen 5800x

Gigabyte RTX 4070 Windforce OC

Gigabyte GP-UD850GM 850W 80 Plus Gold Modular

Kingston Fury Beast 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 3600MHz

Gigabyte B550 Aorus Elite AX v2

 

PC works fine when doing general usage, but when starting heavy gaming it randomly shuts down and restarts after differents periods of time (15 minutes to 2 hours). After checking the event viewer I get the following:

I have tried updating bios, updating amd chipset software, checked ram with memtest86, checked temps while gaming (they never go above 75C), changed ram from one slot to another, reinstalled windows, disabling xmp, run cinebench and other benchmarks but nothing seems to replicate the problem apart from gaming. Any help is deeply apreciated, since I am completely lost.
