Can't boot from SSD

Hi everyone, my OS in the SSD but when i go to boot menu in bios there is only "Windows Boot Manager" and its a HDD as i figured out the EFI System Partition located on HDD, i created new ESP on my SSD but still can't boot from SSD or delete old ESP from my HDD.

You cannot modify/remove active system partitions whilst  booted to windows. Suggest booting to windows installation media, hit Shift + F10 to bring up command prompt and use diskpart to modify disk partitions.

 

To crate new efi boot partition I have used this guide in the past (recommend temporarily disconnecting hdd when doing this)
