Just built a new pc and not getting a boot screen.

 

cpu: i7 14700k

ram: corsair dominator ddr5 6200 32gb

mb: msi tomowhak z790 wifi ddr5

psu: corsair 1000w

m.2 ssd

gpu: msi ventus 4080

 

 

I uptdated the bios to the latest version before booting.

i get this strange screen tearing on the monitor which i have used beforre and know that its working no lights on the mb showing that sometings wrong

Remove GPU and clear CMOS. Try connecting monitor directly to the motherboard and see if you get anything. If its the same, then most likely the cable or monitor itself
