ok so that's a monitor,  not your tv in the video?

... that said i think an electrician should check the lines in your house,  obviously something wrong there.

Correct, thats my monitor

Also, 2 electricians came and checked my house, and the rest of the building, cabling, tension, and other things that I do not understand, according to them seems that everything is running normal, thats why I suspect that the pc is the problem here

ok, so lets say the electricity in your house is good... then normal troubleshooting steps are recommended.

since some variance in the circuit is probably normal,  i would

A) replace the CMOS battery

B) replace the PSU

C) replace the GPU

also try using another outlet first.

Do you have a UPS?  if not get a UPS and see if the issue persists?    Something is happening when you turn on the light which is making the HDCP freak out?? it seems like?     Presumably there is some sort of surge / fluctuation that is enough to mess with the HDCP to trigger the handshake to reoccur?   Hopefully a decent UPS would cause this to stop being an issue?

I know the electricians claimed it is fine, but something is janky with the wiring in there.

Hard to tell what's happening. Can you give us a close-up?

Not at home r.n.

Happens with anything electrical starting, like fridge`s engine, AC, even a desklamp. The screen goes full Black for a half a second (whitout rebooting).. Its a small flick

I do have a voltage regulator, and I never noticed a problem.

Tried all outlets, and Tried in other house, problem keeps showing

Even small things like putting a usb drive makes the screen do this

So my guess was that the problem is in the inside of the pc, and not in the electricity itself

Allright, I guess I would start here

Idk where I can borrow all this xD

I wanted to figure it out myself, but maybe its time to take it to a repair Shop

yes, i think so too... hence my suggestions

cmos battery,  psu, gpu... in that order.

also try another outlet.

all these steps can be relatively easy done, and are basic troubleshooting steps.
