Is this one enough?

The one included in the box is enough. If you buy another one, it would be for a quieter system only.

Nothing is stopping you from using the included one and figuring out for yourself if its worth spending more money on a cooler.

Where is your CPU cooler?

Have you tried turning it off and on again? Maybe Restart it?

Very poor power supply. Look at grabbing something at least a little bit more reliable with more safety features.

EVGA's BR line is fairly affordable in most locations, but that would be the bare minimum.

Also I would personally spend a little less on the case and monitor then spend a little more on the GPU and get a 6750XT.
