Old cooler on new CPU

I currently has this setup https://pcpartpicker.com/list/c7Czh3, but Im considering upgrading the motherboard, ram and CPU. And I want to keep the cooler I have, but it doesn't fit with newer cpu's. So like what kind of bracket or mount should i buy to make it compatible with a Ryzen 5 7600x which has a AM5 socket?
