My pc doesn't boot up

it is asus x670e-e motherboard

my CPU is amd ryzen 7 7800X3D

Rams are G.Skill flareX 6000mhz amd expo supported

GPU is Asus RTX 4070 Dual OC

Looking at the debug LED below the QLED looks to be the farthest left one, which is CPU. I would try and flash your BIOS to the latest available if you haven't yet. If that doesn't resolve, then I would reseat the CPU and inspect the socket pins to look for any bent pins.

it doesn't open bios or anything. cpu socket and cpu doesn't have problem.

This motherboard supports BIOS flashback, so you don't need to get into the BIOS. You just insert a USB stick with the BIOS file on it into the outlined USB port that says BIOS. Then you press the BIOS flashback button. Instructions on how to do this are found in your user manual.

worst case, dead MB and CPU

there is nothing black on cou or cou socket i think it stems from motherboard or windows 11 maybe windows downloaded wrong drivers i dont know
