High '3VCC' Temps

The temperatures listed have nothing to do with the voltages above, so 3VCC is completely unrelated to Temperature 3.

 

Seems like an unconnected sensor input though, so not significant.

 

Also use HwInfo, more details and better support. 

 

Can anyone tell me what '3VCC' is? (Please see attached screenshot). I've tried to search for it, but all I can find is people asking about PSU voltages. Running a 10900k and can barely get a boost clock above 4.5GHz, which eventually throttles down to below 4GHz while CPU temps stay at around 45-50c. Thinking this could be the cause.

Thank you, having a look at HwInfo, there doesn't seem to be any high temps that jump out at me. Now just need to find out why the CPU clock speed is throttling.
