Plzz I need help

Last week , i tried to update my bios but my pc turn off . After I turn my pc on , i saw splash screen ( Gigabyte Del ; F9 ; qflash ...) and my keyboard doesnt worked idk what to do  .

Motherboard : ab350 gaming 

Cpu : Amd ryzen 5 1400 am4

Gpu : Gtx 770 oc windforce 

Ram : 8go corsair 2133 mhz

and why did you update bios? your CPU seems to be too "old" to need a bios update
