Should i get a ROG ALLY (Z1 Extreme) or PS5 Slim Disc

I have a “powerful” pc (R7 5800X, 32GB DDR4, RTX2060) and i was just wondering if i should spend $1299 for a portable pc that is can use when im busy and not having to turn my whole pc just to play for a while before going to work or should i buy a ps5 which would work way faster then my pc and have better exclusive games. The only reason i really want to get a ps5 is for when GTA 6 comes out, yes i know it comes out in 2 more years but there is other games id like to play such as: gow:r, gran turismo 7 and Bloodborne/Demon Souls, etc. I'm also currently being homeschooled and i do boxing during the weekdays and I've got some time on my hands and have got no friends (i wont get into detail about) I want other peoples thoughts as i can’t make up things in my head and i have trouble.
