Budget (including currency): $100

Country: United States

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: DaVinci Resolve, OBS, Steam Games

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): The parts I am keeping are G. Skill DDR4 32GB Ram, and RTX 3060 Ti, PSU iBuypower 1000W. I am upgrading to a MSI Z90Pro-A DDR5 1700 ATX with a i5-12600K Alder Lake 3.7GHz.

The issue is with cooling. My current AIO is a 7 year old Corsair H60. 7 years is a long time from what I can find, not to mention the the socket on my new motherboard will be different. I am shipping at Micro Center. I had not originally planned for a cooler but now find I need one. The ones that I am looking at are 1 Deepcool Assassin IV, or two a full case redesign, the H60 is a single 120mm rad, Deepcool LS520.

I know air coolers have gotten better. With video editing and streaming is water still better? is it worth it to just reorganize my case? Are there their better and cheaper cooling options?

What memory modules?

What case?

If your PSU is as old as the AIO you should consider a replacement.

What is the correct motherboard name?

The Assassin IV is overkill. Even the Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE and Deepcool AK620 would be overkill. Something like the AK400 is enough to provide decent cooling.

It's a bit more expensive, but the i5-13500 offers higher multi-threaded performance.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

Memory: G. Skill F4-3200C-16GTZR DDR4

Case: AZZA Photios 250 Gaming Case

Motherboard: MSI Z690-A PRO WiFi DDR5 Intel LGA 1700 ATX Motherboard

Unfortunately. I am already overreaching my budget because I need a cooler.

The motherboard and memory are incompatible.

You might consider a locked CPU on a B760 motherboard. Something like the following has better multi-threaded and nearly identical single threaded performance. It comes with a stock cooler which will do a reasonable job. An aftermarket cooler can always be added later.

PCPartPicker Part List

CPU: Intel Core i5-13500 2.5 GHz 14-Core Processor  ($247.49 @ Newegg)
Motherboard: MSI PRO B760M-A WIFI DDR4 Micro ATX LGA1700 Motherboard  ($149.99 @ B&H)
Memory: G.Skill Trident Z RGB 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 CL16 Memory  (Purchased For $0.00)
Total: $397.48
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

Thank you. Your comment about the PSU made me look into potential problems. I was auto upgraded the 1000w when I got this computer about 7 years ago. What would I really need for power? If I am looking into a new one?

You could go as low as 550W. But 750W and 850W are popular. A Tier A or B model on https://cultists.network/140/psu-tier-list/ would be good.

I can go that low with a RTX 3060TI... I am now wondering at how much power I have wasted over the last 7 years.  (Originally I had a 1050Ti for clarification)

Missed the Ti, a 650W would be better.
