Display port HDR ?

Please help a noob out. I have the Asus b550 tuf gaming plus wifi mobo. I recently baught the samsung odessey g5 32" monitor. Im trying my best to figure out whats the best way to connect and change setting to get the new monitor to display as high resolution as possible while using hdr plesse help. If its not possible please advise about that too. Thanks.

Assuming you don't have an external GPU and plan on using the IGPU.

You would have to connect the monitor through HDMI since that motherboard has DisplayPort 1.2, which is incompatible with HDR.
