I'm running Android 13 on an Asus ROG Phone 7.

Audio ducking (automatically dipping the volume of the current audio when other sounds are played) is an accessibility feature I find immensely annoying and would like to disable.

My google-fu yields no usable suggestions and what's even more annoying is that this is just a simple toggle on iOS.

Do I really need to root my phone in order to get rid of this awful feature?

Note: I want to disable all ducking, not just for notifications (I already have dnd permanently enabled). I want to make it so no app is able to duck background audio, ever.
