Sounds like something is rubbing on one of the fans.
Stop the fans one by one with your finger ( its safe, won't hurt too much ) and see what fan might cause this issue.
Could also be the AIO pump.

I agree, either a fan hitting a cable or the AIO pump running dry.

Buy a new AIO unless your AIO has a refill port.

Just stop every fan with your finger to see if any of them are causing the issue before worrying about the AIO Pump.

I have stoppet every fan. So it must be The AIO pump

You can do two things:

- you can use a volume (loudness) meter app on your phone and move your phone's microphone around to find where the sound is coming from. Did you stop the PSU fan too? The GPU fans? People forget those...

- check your temperatures. A dead AIO results in poor temperature transfer and usually the CPU overheats. Also, you can touch the tubes and the radiator to check how the temperature spreads.

Its my friends pc and he says that it Also crashes sometimes While hes playing. And he Also says that when he has The glass panel on it crashes because of overheating. 
 

i also Used a volume meter as you Said and when i took it next to The radiator the app Said it Got loud

so i belive it must be The AIO cooler thats The problem

Replace the cooler. At least put a stock/box cooler till something better is obtained.

If the computer crashes due to overheating then no, dont use the computer.

Why not get a nice AirCooler instead? Then this problem won't happen in the future, no pump failures on AirCoolers 🙂

The 11900f is not a very hot CPU.

Agree with @191x7 Peerless Assassin SE 120 will be more than enough for this CPU.
Just make sure it can fit in the case. We can double check for you if you know what case it is.

the case is 37,5 cm lenght | 38 cm height| 15,5 width

 

is that a big enough case for the Peerless Assassin SE 120??
