Need help to upgrade a 2013 build gotten as gift

Budget (including currency): 300/350€

Country: Austria but can purchase from Germany, France and Switzerland

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Baldur’s gate 3, general gaming and ideally streaming. 

Other details : Got this computer as a gift from a family member and as I don’t have a lot of budget I’d like to focus on upgrading it to be usable rather than purchasing a whole new build

Needs : A graphics card, an SSD and probably a new power power supply that would all be usable for a new build down the line when I have money to buy other components.

Used rx580/480 8gb can opt for a rtx 2060.

 

Crucial mx500 ssd

 

Either way streaming is gonna struggle.

 

Hell even modern day aaa games will just about have 60 fps due to cpu limits
